Our farms
We source from a small network of local farms we know personally. What's in stock each week depends on what each farm has — but it all comes from here, not a commercial distributor.
This is our farm. We raise lamb here and it's the foundation of everything we sell. When you buy lamb from us, it came from animals we raised ourselves. We know exactly how they were cared for because we did the caring.
KLD supplies our beef, chicken, and pork. Their beef is dry-aged — a slower, more intentional process that concentrates flavor in a way that fresh beef can't match. We trust what they raise and how they raise it.
Our farm network will grow over time. When we bring on a new farm, we'll add them here. If we ever stop working with a farm, we'll remove them. This page is meant to be accurate, not promotional.
