What we are

We raise lamb on our farm and source beef, pork, and chicken from local farms we know by name. Every piece of meat in this trailer comes from a real local farm. No commercial fill — ever.

If we sell out, we close until we can source more. That's not a limitation — it's the commitment. The owner spent a decade as a chef running food trucks and farmers market booths before returning to the farm. We know what makes an animal well-raised and what makes it cook well. We won't sell meat we wouldn't put on our own table.
